Community Guidelines

1. Be Authentic

Use your real identity. Don't impersonate real people, public figures, or other users. Don't create fake accounts or mislead others about who you are or what you represent. Authentic connection is at the heart of GB7 Social.

• Use your real name or a consistent, recognizable identity.
• Don't misrepresent your location, profession, or affiliations.
• One personal account per person — no duplicate accounts.

2. Be Respectful

Treat every member of the community with dignity. Disagreements happen — but personal attacks, harassment, and hate speech never belong here.

• Do not harass, threaten, or intimidate any person — privately or publicly.
• Do not target individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Healthy debate is welcome; hate speech is not.
• Do not encourage self-harm or suicide.

3. Keep It Safe

The safety of our community is paramount. Certain content is never allowed, no matter the context:

• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): absolutely prohibited. Such content will be immediately removed, and the account permanently banned. We will report it to the relevant national authorities (e.g., BKA, NCMEC).
• Threats of violence or content that incites violence against any person or group.
• Doxxing: sharing another person's private information (home address, phone number, financial data) without their consent.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): sharing sexual or intimate content of another person without their explicit consent.

4. No Spam or Manipulation

GB7 Social should be a signal-to-noise leader, not a spam dump.

• Don't post repetitive, irrelevant, or mass-broadcast promotional content.
• Don't use automated bots to create accounts, post content, or engage with others.
• Don't artificially inflate engagement (buying followers, using engagement pods deceptively).
• Don't use deceptive links or misleading previews.

5. Respect Intellectual Property

• Only share content you own or have the right to share.
• Give credit when sharing others' creative work.
• Don't upload pirated music, movies, software, or other copyrighted material.
• If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at dmca@gb7social.com.

6. Travel & Location Integrity

The travel map and travel plan features are among our most powerful tools for connection. Use them honestly:

• Only post genuine check-ins and travel plans.
• Don't fake your location to appear in cities you're not in.
• Respect local laws and customs when sharing content from a destination.

7. Sensitive Content

Some content is allowed but requires care:

• Mature content: tasteful nudity may be permitted on appropriate profile types, but explicit sexual content requires explicit audience age verification and is restricted by default. If in doubt, don't post it.
• Graphic violence: may be allowed in news or documentary contexts, but gratuitous gore or violence for shock value is not.
• Dangerous activities: content that promotes dangerous challenges or activities that could lead to self-harm is not permitted.

8. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the Report button on the post, comment, profile, or message.
• Email us at safety@gb7social.com for urgent safety concerns.
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We aim to respond within 24 hours for urgent reports.

We will never reveal the identity of the person who files a report.

9. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may take the following actions:

• Warning: for minor first-time violations.
• Content removal: removing the specific post, comment, or profile section that violates guidelines.
• Feature restriction: temporarily limiting your ability to post, comment, or message.
• Temporary suspension: for repeated or moderate violations.
• Permanent ban: for severe violations (e.g., CSAM, sustained harassment, coordinated abuse).

You can appeal a moderation decision by contacting safety@gb7social.com within 30 days. Include your username and the decision you are appealing.

10. Updates

These guidelines will evolve as our community grows. We will notify you of significant changes via the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
